Utility Box Wrap : A public Art Project by Renton Arts Commission.
Excited to see my art becoming a part of Public Art Project. This is a graphic vinyl wrap of my painting selected by Arts Commission: City of Renton. This project is intended to transform dull electricity boxes into visually appealing, enjoyable additions to the public right of way. This painting was selected by commission and now it’s adding burst of colors in the middle of downtown! Such a great initiative by city to encourage and advocate for Art!
"Pianos In The Park" Project
Pianos in The Parks,” a summertime event that places artist-decorated pianos in Puget Sound area parks, is back with a scaled-down, encore presentation after COVID-19 upended an annual musical run that had lasted since 2014.

My body of work represents happy vibe in bright vibrant colors, which represents positive energy and spirit towards life. My original paintings are acrylic on canvas made mostly with palette knives and bare hands. I paint floral abstracts which are perfect for Spring. I believe “Flower’ is a symbol of hope. They are comforting and healing and they bring smiles!

Textures and Vibrant Colors Inspire Me...
The complexity and boldness of abstract has always spoken to me. I work with acrylic paints and palette knives. Texture and surface are very important aspects of my art. I work in simple and spontaneous way, moving back and forth loosely across the painting surface, making simple and bold marks. I work with vibrant colors that push and pull each other to completion. As an artist I enjoy this journey of finding "the unpredictable" in the end. This sense of discovery is very exciting for me.
